Job Position: Superintendent - Multifamily

Work Location: Projects are in the suburban Boston area

Salary: $100,000 to $120,000 ( wood-frame residential experience necessary, and pay range is based on experience managing ground-up projects from inception through completion)

As a Superintendent you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Manage a job site working around.
• Direct the day-to-day coordination of trade contractors and their sub-contractors.
• Develop, document, and communicate the work plan regarding changes made in the field.
• Act as the primary safety representative in the field.
• Communicate schedule status, updates and changes to the Project Team and Trade Contractors.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage jobsite logistics.
• Oversee the completion of projects with a high degree of quality.

• Have 5-10 years of experience as a superintendent in?
• Have 5-10 years with residential wood-frame projects?

• Have experience with Microsoft and Procore or other construction management software?
