Lead Superintendent - Commerical Construction

Currently seeking a Lead Superintendent for a great opportunity in the Orlando, FL area. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of commercial experience in a Superintendent role.

Responsibilities of the Lead Superintendent - Commerical Construction

  • Serve as the face of our company on new construction job sites, supporting all field operations, including the coordination of subcontractor work
  • Communicate schedules, plans, and specifications with subcontractors and field staff
  • Monitor daily activities and compile reports on progress, compliance, and obstacles
  • Inspect completed and in-progress structures and sites for safety, compliance, and conformance to material and structural specs
  • Show commitment to quality by rethinking project-related processes – continuously making improvements
  • Make sound recommendations for resolving architectural issues
  • Take charge and respond quickly to unexpected events at your job site, solving problems as they arise
  • Manage and mentor Assistant Superintendents and other field personnel, ensuring everyone on the job site is supported and positioned to do their best work
  • Guarantee our commitment to building the right way, using the most cost-effective means, while staying on schedule or even ahead of schedule
  • Make sure all work is completed in a safe and organized manner – complying fully with government rules, our Safety/Zero Harm program, and the job’s budget and time restraints

Requirements of the Lead Superintendent - Commerical Construction

  • Motivated self-starter with a high level of personal integrity and business ethics
  • Strong ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Solid presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with a diverse array of people
  • Commitment to quality, demonstrated by the ability to evaluate project-related processes and customer inputs and then drive necessary improvements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
