Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily

Work Location: Tampa, FL (projects are throughout the Greater Tampa area)

Salary: $85,000 to $95,000 *experience with prior multifamily projects will be on the higher end

As an Assistant Superintendent, you'll play a vital role in the successful execution of our multifamily projects. Your responsibilities will include:

As an Assistant Superintendent you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Work alongside the Lead Superintendent to manage the daily operations on the jobsite.
• Assist in coordinating and supervising trade contractors and their subcontractors.
• Participate in developing, documenting, and communicating fieldwork plans, including any changes that arise during construction.
• Support the implementation of safety protocols as the on-site safety representative.
• Communicate project schedule updates and changes to the Project Team and Trade Contractors.
• Collaborate on planning, coordinating, and managing jobsite logistics.
• Contribute to ensuring the completion of projects with a strong emphasis on quality.

• Possess 1-5 years of experience in a superintendent or applicable role?
• Excel in teamwork and collaborative environments?
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills?
• Have effective communication skills?
• Proficient in using Microsoft and Procore or other construction management software?
