Salary: $80,000 to $90,000
20% of annual salary as incentive to travel
Per diem (company covers cost of housing)
As an Assistant Project Manager for a Top ENR GC, you'll play a pivotal role in our commitment to delivering outstanding results to clients in the commercial construction sector. You'll have the opportunity to assist in the management of commercial projects that will contribute to communities for decades to come. In addition, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the completion of commercial projects and get the opportunity to work with all project stakeholders from owners to architects, to subcontractors. As an Assistant Project Manager you’ll have the opportunity to:
Assist in maintaining positive project morale and providing leadership when needed.
Collaborate closely with the Bid and Estimating teams prior to the start of construction.
Work in tandem with the office team and Project Manager(s) to facilitate subcontractor information.
Assist in the development and management of on-site procedures.
Aid in the development, refinement, and oversight of the Project Schedule.
Contribute to planning and reviewing the Construction Program, including quality control protocols, safety measures, field office arrangements, temporary utilities, staging areas, equipment, and workforce.
Support effective communication with clients as directed by the Project Manager.
Assist in preparing, communicating, and submitting necessary legal documents to relevant authorities, such as building departments and inspectors.
Do you:
Possess a bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or equivalent experience?
Have at least 2-3 years of experience in project management within the construction, design, engineering, or a related field?
Demonstrate the ability to work within project teams and represent the company with a client-centric approach under the guidance of the Project Manager?
Be comfortable with utilizing technology and staying updated with industry advancements?
Promote a collaborative team atmosphere among colleagues, consultants, engineers, and clients?
