Project Manager

Location: Orlando, FL

Salary Range: $95-110k

What You’ll Do

As a Project Manager, you’ll run point on commercial and adaptive reuse projects from precon to closeout. You’ll lead planning efforts, coordinate with in-house architects and subs, and keep things moving on time and within budget. You’ll be the face of the project-working with ownership, clients, and internal teams to deliver results that make a real impact on the Orlando skyline.

• Manage ground-up and interior buildout projects from design through turnover
• Coordinate directly with in-house architecture and design teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, and vendors
• Oversee buyout, scheduling, budgeting, and project documentation
• Lead weekly OAC and internal coordination meetings
• Actively manage risk, change orders, and field performance

What You Bring

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience, with at least 2 as a Project Manager
• Strong background in scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents confidently
• Collaborative mindset-able to work closely with design and field teams
• Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
• Bonus: Experience in design-build or working with in-house architects
